Welcome to Natural Birth and Motherhood.  My name is Chris and I am the founder of Natural Birth and Motherhood.

My passion is to empower, educate and inspire women and their partners throughout their pregnancy, birth, and motherhood experiences. To create a space for them to go, where they can receive the best information and support from an amazing community.

I believe in making quality childbirth education accessible to all women. And online is one of the most exciting places in the world to do this.  It is an honour for me to connect, encourage and train our community.

We encourage you to ask yourself many questions throughout pregnancy and when thinking about your birthing process.  Just because your friends or family did things a certain way doesn’t mean you should birth that way too.  You own your body.  How do you want to birth? Mother? You need to ask yourself…

What is it that I need to know to give birth the right way for me? To parent the right way for me?

No expert can answer that question for you.  It is within you. You can find the answer by gathering quality information and increasing your knowledge.  This is our motto… to help as many women as possible increase their knowledge, with genuine quality information, so they can decide how they want to birth and parent.
